The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals. There's a dining area, a washing machine, a balcony and air conditioning, and parking is free inside the compound.
Bell Air Estate is a quiet, secure residential estate off the Alao-Akala Expressway, opposite the OPay office. It suits families, group trips and business travellers who want a proper home rather than a hotel room.
The house is on a Band A supply. If the grid goes off, the backup takes over.
